Little Guerrier
His voice, a mix from Surinam and french Guiana ghettos’ cryes and melodies from Amazonia
Little Guerrier was born and raised in Surinam. Inspired in 1995 by the song “Natural Mystic” (Bob Marley), Little Guerrier started writing, singing and following the teaching of HAM Emperor HAILE SELASSIE the first. Serving and spreading positive message to the world, became then a mission for Little Guerrier.
In 2001 Little Guerrier moved to French Guiana to be closer to his family. Together with his brothers, Dogg X and Cool Daddy (BrotherHood), he danced and singed in different communities of French Guiana.
In 2003, Nikko (a producer) proposed Little Guerrier to joined the Reggae Matik Crew, with who he released two Albums. «Roots Rock, Reggae» in 2003 andreleased in 2006, included the hit ‘ Jah Jah Est Réel“ (Awarded song of the year 2007)• The same year in august, Little Guerrier brought out his first solo album “Cry out“. With it, he finally share new experiences and by the same occasion, people could discover the universe of Little Guerrier trough 12 tracks reggae, hip hop and dance hall with melodies in Dutch, English, French, Bushi Tongo (cultural language from Surinam) and Patoi.
